Step 1: Complete the payment process. You will receive an email with a few questions to answer about your home.

Step 2: Email some photos of the areas you want help with to virtual@stagingnewengland.com.

Within 48 hours you'll receive detailed recommendations for staging your home.

What virtual staging includes:

• Home staging checklist with detailed recommendations, interior and exterior, on how to best present your home to the marketplace.
• Tips on accessory and decor placement.
• Personalized recommendations for lighting updates and making sure your style is a match for your target BUYER!!!
• Marketing tips- A must have for FOR SALE BY OWNERS!
• Our “TOP SECRET” perfect paint color that works anywhere.
• Free phone follow-up for questions or additional support.

• Many times, our clients "prepare" for our visit, spending time and money on unnecessary and costly tactics that they thought would get them ahead of the game yet end up as a project they must now UN-do. Virtual staging can offer you the instant gratification you need to get the job done right without having a face-to-face with the Professional Stager.
  

• Decorating and staging are NOT the same. Professional staging starts with understanding your target market. In order to appeal to your targeted buyer, you must first understand the profile and demography of that buyer. We are accredited home stagers with a background in real estate. We understand the dynamics of the real estate transaction and can help you merchandise your home for smooth success in selling.

• We do not use "photo-editing" to stage your house. We use our floor planning tool to help you arrange and enhance your space. Our tactics are practical and simple for you to perform. Our suggestions are made with close consideration to ROI (return on investment). Buying new things and renovating is not our objective. Need help placing your furniture in one room or maybe every room?

How does it work?

Step 1: Complete the payment process. You will receive an email with a few questions to answer about your home.

Step 2: Email 3-4 photographs of your room to virtual@stagingnewengland.com

 Within 48 hours we will send you a room plan with our recommended furniture placement.

What you'll receive:

• A room plan (see sample)
• A detailed report with recommendations on the arrangement of your room including furniture, accessory and art placement.
• Where to shop for any new items you may want to purchase for your room.
• Paint color and fabric color recommendation.
